ISU skating awards voting open

The ISU awards voting is open. This has already been posted about in the Worlds thread, but I think it is deserving of its own thread. Also, the link given there was for the voting, but starting there I couldn't find the list of candidates.

There are only 4 categories to be voted on: costume, entertaining program, choreographer, and coach. link to list of candidates.

Let the discussion begin! My take: no nomination for Lara Naki Gutmann.

Me, I am thrilled at the idea that Adam has a chance to take both the ISU Costume of the Year and the even more prestigious WTF Costume of the Year. I mean he won't but a girl can dream!

MF Academy (Nakaniwa, Nakata and their team) has coached Ami to an amazing senior debut with olympic medal, Yuna Aoki to 4CC gold, Rio to another junior world champ, Hana Bath to silver - no sign of them on the list.

Where is Shun's coach. Tadao Kusaka is the best coach in the kiss n cry . His reaction to Shun getting Olympic Bronze was one of the best moments of the Olympics.

Where is Shun's coach. Tadao Kusaka is the best coach in the kiss n cry . His reaction to Shun getting Olympic Bronze was one of the best moments of the Olympics.

And behind the scene, he also did emergency blade sharpening service to entire team Japan members whose blades were damaged by the infamous podium material.

What I found ironic is that the newcomer of last year are not even skating anymore.

ISU started their version after Golden Skate's Accolades Awards in 2019. So about five-six years?

At least they have cut down on the number of categories.
