Edit: I forgot, Masters is FS only and I'm assuming she wanted to compete her SP

The skater in question is Tamami Oshima (MF Academy).
It seems that the junior division of the Iizuka Cup likely does not have an age limit
like the ISU or All-Japan Championships do.
