I dont understand this, is the test skate really more important than participating in an actual competition that they have been waiting for so long? So how com the 2 guys are able to go and not the other disciplines?

There will be few senior women, so probably because of that. As for ID, I don’t know why they did that. There are K/F who are already AIN and who aren’t on the national team.

Nikolai Ugozhaev and Matvei Vetlugin got Lombardia Trophy.

This is a great opportunity for them, they will face virtually no competition at Lombardia

No. Probably weird, last seasons he was one of few Russian skaters to reveal them in advance.
