Wait I'm confused. Why is Sweden allowed to have two skaters at worlds this year if neither of them finished in the top 10 last year?

The placement total for 2 spots has to be 28 or less.

Someone just wrote to PJ Kwong during Adrian's K&C to say that Fedor Andreev was cleared to compete by the ISU, but it was the Azerbaijani federation who didn't name him to the World team. :scratch: PJ adds that she's not 100% sure if this is true.

:scratch: well, there are some skaters that have gone over the 80 mark, so conceivably it could happen...90 seems so hard... then again it did happen for Plushy, so who knows
