Solid enough skate, but she looks very happy. Good speed across ice and in spins, but that flip keeps giving her problems. Needs more refinement esp. her clunky feet needs help.

SP: 30.58+25.14 = 55.72 (PB), in 1st (out of 3)

Take a good look at both N. Korean ladies,

One of them will be an Olympic medalist 4 years from now ;)
Has there ever been a North Korean figure skater?

Oh, and I won't be surprised to see a Korean phenom appearing 2 weeks before the Olympics.

If not both! ;)

Right, others have already pointed out that you meant to say South Korean. But, it just started me thinking - weren't there North Korean skaters around a couple of years ago? What happened them, or where did they go?!

Eurosports announcers to "It was good..but not that good" as Daleman was smiling after her skate. lol

Thanks.
Kostner probably have something to say. The problem is the judges. They have the last word.

And still Russia needs second gold medal here. So Yulia for the win! :)

That depends on if the scoring here will be more GP, Or more Sochi.

If it's more grand prix then it's bad news for Yulia, But it'll probably be something in the middle.

No, no, no. It'll be Sochi style judging.
