Thank you HanDomi for the pic! Yuzuru and Mao look color coordinated! But their skating is anything but beige, i.e., bland and boring.

In looks Yuzuru is the same but in height he has grown up more than a bit. I saw an exhibition where the top covered his hips and reached his thighs. The bottom part of the top flares and swirls as he does his spins and jumps which I suppose is the effect sought by the much maligned "boob skirt" in the R & J2 costume.

I remembered reading that Yuzuru said he discussed his move to Canada for training with Nanami and that she understood the reasons for the change as well as reports that their parting was amicable. Yuzuru in fact still goes to Nanami's husband to sharpen his blades, which is to a skater as an instrument is to a musician.

If you watched an interview where Yuzu personally said he wanted to move to Canada before JFS announced it in April 2012 , please share it.
As far as I know Yuzuru started talking about his move when he was already in Canada.

JSF cancelled the announced press conference in April 2012, after the news about Canada .
 
AWWW I'M SO HAPPY HE PERFORMED RJ I ^__^ It's one of my favorite programs!! (It's my favorite long program, haha) It's so, so gorgeous!
But bb Yuzuru seems so tired...I hope his health is okay :( I think there were some signs that his back was hurting him and during the RJ performance it seemed like he was concentrating really hard on not making mistakes, although that might just be me. He didn't smile as much. BUT CONGRATS YUZU <3 please get some rest
 
Oh, this program:cry: This is how I became a fan and now, after only 2 years, I can't believe he's already world and olympic champion. Thank you for everything, kid!
 
Was definitely a special exhibition.

Him and Mao spinning, I was like "YES"

He even did the scream that he did during Worlds 2012 during the climax of the second half of the R&J 1 program. It's weird seeing the routine now that he's a bit taller and more mature but passionate nonetheless :)

I have this sort of love-hate relationship with Yulia but after seeing her spin with Yuzu, I couldn't help but squeal. So cute! (I don't ship real people together, it's just nice to actually see her smile when she's spinning with Yuzu haha)

I also noticed that his underyes have dark circles that are worst than Friday's

I feel the same here! He looked tired and very cautious avoiding falls. His speed was slower than the FS and his movement before jumps was also a bit stiff. Hope he's ok:no:

Julia skated as Juliet music in her Junior. Hanyu skated the Romeo. Both used the same music. I also don't ship real people together but these kids look so cute together. Their childish smile and joyfulness make my heart melt. :love:
 
At the beginning and at the end of R&J Yuzu seemed so moved to me, then he finally melted and smiled !!!:)

I think he looks better with this costume now comparing to 2012 as he grew taller. :biggrin:
 
This kid amazes me day after day :love: As I said before,I don't have words enough to express how much I admire and I respect him...:bow:
