I hope he won't give me another heart attack so I can watch his performance with my glasses on.
I hope next season he will choose outfit that looks more Lambiel, though.
Be careful what you wish for

Still one of the most handsome guys on ice.
Why all my favourite men have such tedious phase with costumes??? Is it a curse for me? I also very much enjoyed this version of the song they used in NGEI want Yuzuru to skate to this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtFBRJFN3p8
Uniting my love for NGE and old music in one
well, thanks a lot, now I'm gonna have weird safari nightmares again for a week
I say.... change his Etude SP costume from blue theme to black theme, and I tell you, it would be just outstanding
... you are doing this on purpose just to scare me away personally, don't you?
I saw nice video from FOI 2011:

From 7:15 Yuzuru is trying quad salchow. First attempt. Fall. No problem.. I am gonna try againAnd second attempt landed nicely
Then Daisuke trying quad flip, and Takahiko also quad
indeed a hydroblade, but not a counter. He exits the hydroblade into the standard outside edge and axel prep position. Still cool to watch, nonetheless~![]()
His etude costume looks nice in blue, I can imagine looking more elegant in some shades of black and silver... and it really flows...

True, Yuzuru in black is a good view, indeed. But white also suits him well, whatever color is fine, as long it's not Weir.
Anyways, I find the reporter quote in your link very very amusing:![]()
Hi YuzusanIf anyone can translate this interview with Arakawa ? or if a translation is already posted on the web, bring it to the media section :

Well done Channah ! Thx for your patience !
Some things to notice :
- He became more aware in the necessity to train basic skating.
- David Wilson touched him, a guy who create a SP on Parisienne Walways like this ... it is understandable.
- "either the short or the free, I don’t perform as well as the other" => I don't bet that he would have known he broke the score in the short program, and fell twice in his FS at Olympic![]()
Ehhh David Wilson didn´t créate Parisienne Walkways it was Jeffrey Buttle
Anyway, the way that David Wilson speaks is touching so it is not hard to have a nice talk with him http://yuzuristxoxo.tumblr.com/post/85636441206"The music I’m skating this season are chosen by Coach Nanami. Especially the free program’s ‘Romeo & Juliet' is a song that is easier for me to show my feelings. First it has an accurate story in the music, so it's easier to perform. Actually after the season started, maybe after Nebelhorn, I saw 'Romeo & Juliet’. The modern ‘Romeo & Juliet' when Leonardo DiCaprio was young, the one with the music I use. Watching the movie, I learned where specific music played at specific parts very well. The modern 'Romeo & Juliet' had a different image than the original Shakespeare version, it really moved me, and I thought it was really good. So right after I watched the movie, for example Carnival On Ice (October), I was skating while thinking back the movie. Not like skating by my own feelings, but combining myself with the movie. I skated the same image of DiCaprio’s Romeo. After that I skated it a lot in competitions, now I think I mostly skate not as DiCaprio or anyone else, but as my own story. I want to to put both Shakespeare’s and DiCaprio’s Romeo inside of me and perform my Romeo that are neither of them.
