1995 Skate America, Ladies' Long Program - Chen Lu of China was skating well until she popped her 2nd triple Lutz. That error caused her to miss a planned triple Salchow and have trouble on the combination spin. These errors would be enough to cause her to drop from 1st to 2nd Place overall.
