Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - 1996 World Figure Skating Championships, Ladies' Long Program - Tara Lipinski of the United States redeemed herself here after a disastrous skate in the Short Program. She hit all of her elements and placed 11th. She ended moving up from 23rd to 15th Place overall.
