Lausanne, SWITZERLAND - 1992 European Figure Skating Championships, Men's Free Skate - Viktor Petrenko of the Commonwealth of Independent States won the Free Skate, but his surprising 4th Place finish in the Original Program cost him the Gold Medal. He had to settle for the Silver here.
