Kevin Van der Perren Fundraiser
If you're a fan of Belgium's Kevin Van der Perren and have a few spare dollars, now's your chance to help his training. The Begium Skating Federation is small and can't support all of Kevin's training costs. In the past Kevin's had to sit around for part of the summer because he ran out of money and couldn't pay for ice time. In an effort to help, two fans have created this fundraising project. The more Kevin can train, the more his skating can grow.
Photographer Andrea Chempinski donated 100 8x10 color photographs of Kevin from his Robin Hood long program at 2004 Worlds. Kevin graciously signed them all at Skate Canada last month. For a donation of 20 US / 20 Euro / 25 CAD you will receive an autographed photo in appreciation of your support. Because the photos were donated and another fan is donating the postage, your *entire* donation goes to Kevin's training fund! Additionally we'll accept donations of larger and smaller amounts - even $5 adds up! We are hoping to raise $2,000 USD for Kevin and so far have raised $250 at Skate Canada last week.
