Advice on downgraded jumps

i have cheated jumps, sometimes i land them clean, but i need to get them clean more consistent, any tips ?

The freestyle skaters I see do consistent off-ice practice, at every level. If you can find a gymnastics-style floor to practice on, your knees will thank you (using any exercises your coach gives you). Also, the more physically fit you are off-ice, the better the odds of having the strength to rotate fully on the ice. Good luck!

Core strength. Strong glutes, hammies, quads and aductor muscles. ;) Also, master the "snap".
