Gracie Gold's prospects for 2018 season?

She's indicated in the past she wanted to retire after the next Olympic season.

^^^^Exactly!! This is why I want her to skip the GP season just like Michelle did in the fall of 2002 following her Olympic disappointment. She came out of nowhere and won Nationals and Worlds in 2003. A glorious comeback to say the least. Gracie is still a young woman and I think it would be better for her emotionally, to wait until she's skating the way that we all know she can. I wouldn't consider it a copout at all. She needs to take care of herself.

Enough speculation for now. Let's move on.
