I heard this announced last night on the news. Hooray for '07 Nationals, Spokane & the organizers.

This award, however, is not fan based. It is given by a trade publication for people in the profession of planning travel packages for major sports events -- travel agents, tour organizers, hoteliers and the like. So I guess they are saying that, compared to the Super Bowl, etc., the event was well organized and friendly to outfits like Dash Tours.

i'd take it. lol. anything to raise awareness about skating

(i'm talking about skating like it's global warming, well i do hope it can be like global warming and be the talk of the town again. i don't know about the school system here, but back in elementary school the possible effects of carbon dioxide was taught to us, i even made a project that tried to utilize the green house effect to improve the drying speed of tobacco, how ironic.)
