Yu Na having a tremendous skate, and not a surprise. I just wish she'd pay more attention to stretch and lines. And I wish she could exude more passion. She definitely has it in her, but her personality is reserved so the passion comes out mainly in her extraordinary and blazing technique!

Here's another standing ovation before the performance is even over. Thanks Yu Na. I just want to see someone else win the Olympics next. year.

Kostner and Asada were excellent. It's a pity that Kostner was held up in the SP and a bit in the FS (her components were fantastic tonight) because I think Mao should be 2nd.

Yu Na is fierce! And she's maintained her fitness and prepared well for this, but yeah she didn't skate in competition for a whole season so she's definitely well rested.
