Well, I've got my long-held opinion about starting orders off my chest in this thread. Now for groups.

Personally, I wish that the ISU would have it so that in EVERY figure skating competition:

there are 4 skaters (or couples if Pairs or Dance) in every group
the ice is resurfaced after every 2 groups (i.e. every 8 skaters).

OK, so it might mean an extra group or 2 (and maybe an extra resurfacing). And it might make the competition longer in terms of total time. But, it would make it a lot more fairer, not to mention safer, for the skaters.

Blades do you know if ice quality has something to do with the jumps of these competitors? Or is it just hysteria from our layfolk.

Ever been on soft ice? It's sticky. I'm not saying that's going on, I think they should have a day off, but its worse than too hard of ice IMO.

aww Poor Kexin. So much potential there but that was just not enjoyable to watch. At times it even looked like she was forgetting what choreography came next. I hope she can improve on that though because her jumps are really well done!
