2014 Olympics Pairs Short Program

P/Z were superb! So nice to see them come on strong. A lot of people had written them off as an inferior version of Zhang/Zhang, and she's really proven herself. A bit slow in some sections, but the elements were wonderful.

Tara and Johnny are so pretty in pink today! Tara is like a cute Polish princess with her blush pink wreath while Johnny... way too much blush!

Peng and Zhang's PCS seemed a bit low for me. I thought it was really a lovely performance.

It was 29.70 here, versus 30.04 at the team event. So they could have gotten higher PCS, though it may be due to a slightly different judging panel.
