If Asada had Kostner's PCS she'd be 80+. WTH, This is actually the first time Mao hit 35+. Crazy judges just can't give her PCS the same as Kostner and Kim.

All the skaters in men field, look at the ladies performances today, they are more badass than you guys ever could be!

Wow, people complained about the Russian crowd, but that was a very lukewarm reaction to Carolina's score.

They still cheered quite a bit, though maybe there was a touch of "that's so close to Mao's!" in their response. Still, I love how the Japanese crowd gave her an enthusiastic and deserved standing ovation! Overall I find that Japanese crowd is extremely supportive and appreciative. I can see why so many skaters love competing there.

Very solid skate, clean jumps (though she can do them bigger). She should be pleased

SP: 37.57+32.74 = 70.31 (PB), in 1st (out of 27)

Of course, there's not much you can fake with with artistry, it is an evolving learning process. None of the young skaters can, except through maybe through packaging and matching. Julia's FS is well packaged and matched, her SP is not, its very much a junior program. Her PCs should come right down if marked correctly.

You may note it. I love her and have no problem with that because it's true.
With this skating though. I hate when people try to take credit to her performance in Euros for example.
