Huh? I just heard "Brick House" as some of the warmup music for the senior ladies. Guess someone there doesn't know that it's stripper-club music. šŸ˜®

How many advance to Nationals? So far Carly is in 2nd with four more to skate. I think she singled her triple jump.

Yes, Carly singled her triple; had other elements that were good.

Overall, not a good night for the senior ladies here. Someone just got a 13.67. I didn't think that was even possible.

Bonus: Listening to the camera people trying to wrangle their equipment. Apparently the still photographer had a bone to pick with one of their earlier MacGyver fixes

Poor Larissa. Other than the jumps, I enjoyed it. I still like her dress best out of all of the competitors.

Aaaarrrgh, Carly, no. No popping.

Even though I knew she had zero chance of making it to Nationals, Alanna has been my sentimental fave since regionals. Is it that she's wearing Mao's dress (the red one with the gold roping)? Is it the spaghetti western music? Is it some innate adorableness? I don't know, but I like her.

Bonus: shout out to the DJ. Reliving my grade school years over here.

Xylina's short program is amazing and if she could make it to nationals that'd be great, k, thanks. (She probably won't)

Damn, Alicia. She fell on the first jump of her combo, them popped back up and did the next on from a standstill. And fell. But still...respect.

Evan Bender withdrew. That means 5 skaters. That mean ONE PERSON won't get to go to Nats. How much would it suck to be that guy?

Nice to see Shotaro skate. So he's being coached by Amy Evidente now? He's not at DSC anymore?
