That was rather interesting... and I'm not sure if it was interesting in a good way. I didn't really get the music or the costume. She skated fairly well, although her speed came and went.

Switzerland has quite a few young skaters coming through at the moment. But, so far, the only one that has impressed me is Shaline RUEGGER.

This Finnish girl on now looks really promising! With Laura and Kiira retired, and Jenni going AWOL, I thought they were going to be in the wilderness this season. But there are lots of good young girls coming through that we've never seen before.

But, I have to repeat karne's comment about Matilde's costume for Karoliina.

For me, jumpsuits do not look good on anybody. But, especially not if you are well endowed!

I wasn't a huge fan of Nathalie's program... too unbalanced in the design. I also didn't like her costume - I found the darker/thicker lace only on the bust to be distracting, and I didn't really see how the costume went with the music.

Kaetlyn didn't get any edge call on her 3Lz I didn't look for that during her performance, but I'll go back to that when videos are up. Maybe the panel was lenient, but if she could have really fixed her lutz edge...
