Yes I do always enjoy their programs in and of themselves- they tend to be well composed.

Weird that S/B are having problems early in the season since last year skating JRs they were on this time of year and winning everything in site. Maybe they have just put too much pressure on themselves.

LOL. They could actually try him out with Daria Popova if she is still looking for a partner? She is weak on SBS jumps but a better skater overall than Fancy.

I'd love to see Daria back. But, from what I've seen on her Facebook, she seems to be enjoying retirement!

And if she does get persuaded to come back, I would not bet against it being with Bruno. Because, unless there is a revolution at the FFSG, I can't see Aljona and Bruno happening.

Anyway, back to the competition. All the best to everybody!

I would love to see Tatiana and Maxim win on their return, to prove all the doubters wrong.

But, I am also secretly hoping that Mari and Ruben can pull it off...

I REALLY liked J/C, probably close to the best I've ever seen them skate!! I thought this program really worked for them!!

Yes, this is the first program of theirs I've really liked! Definitely enjoyed that. Some daring lifts too.

Well, now I have a feeling that Scimeca/Knierim are going to win the free skate. Their short program fail certainly lit a fire under them. Not so sure about Volosozhar/Trankov.

S/K - Not perfect but they did great. Quad Twist! Jump problems but I was impressed how she pulled off the throws. Good program and coordinated effort. Bravo!
