I liked it as well, it was a different style for her than what we've seen and was age appropriate. I imagine based on the program that she'll be going to Japan again for summer shows. But based on Alina and now Anna's exhibitions we can say that in Danill's mind "taking off jacket" = fierce moment of a program (at least Anna already has her hair in a ponytail)
Also, there is a history of Eteri skaters to try new tricks in galas, to later use them in programs ^^

I don’t know if I should feel happy or sad hearing this information. Kanysheva and Tutberidze... that pairing never crossed my mind.

So Kanysheva moved to Eteri? Oh my.....
I find Sinitsina as having more natural potential than Kanysheva...
Kanysheva is prone to underrotations and is pretty tall for her age.
Sinitsina is shorter, and has better rotation and height in the jumps, even better skating skills. She lacks confidence at the moment, it is true. Panova invested more in Kanysheva than in Sinitsina. Sinitsina would be a star under Eteri, maybe even master a quad.

Just for the info - Moscow Championship 2019 among elder age boys and girls, short program of girls is shedulled today at 11:00 till 15:30 GMT (5 hours countdown). All Eteri's "generation 4th" girls will participate there - Kamila, Daria, Maya and Sofia.

Why is Nastya T so special imo:
1. Great Jumps
- great takeoff technique, not much pre-rotation, uses toepick
- very good height and distance
- correct edges for both lutz and flip
- beautiful rippons (unlike some helicopter hands)
- creative & difficult entries / exits into her jumps (e.g. her entry into 3F this season, exit of 3Lz last season and many more...)
2. Great Spins
- very well-centered
- doesn't lose momentum (a lot of people loses momentum as they spin but Nastya doesn't, her spin has a lot of speed till the very end)
- fast spinner
- nice and unique positions (nice position doesn't mean good flexibity, PolinaT has terrible flexibility but came up with pretty nice positions, at least when she was with Eteri)
- great flexibility
3. Great Skating Skills
- deep edges
- great speed
4. Great Performer
- passionate
- good musicality

Well then again, she has her weaknesses:
Jumps:
- lack of consistency
Performance:
- her arms are a bit all over the place (not as balletic as Gubanova well...)
Well if your have to be really mean and compare, then her jumps bv are not as high as Trusova or Shcherbakova cuz she doesn't have a quad, 3A or +3Lo in official comp (but she has them in practice so idk her bv is prob the highest in the world except Trusova, Shcherbakova, Kihira, Zagitova, Tuktamysheva and Sinitsyna so whatever...) I can't really find anything wrong with her spins maybe she doesn't have a candle spin? lmao... Her skating skills are also quite good so maybe I should say she doesn't have the overall flow or soft knees like SS God Patrick Chan? Otherwise I think it's good enough, she also seems to gain momentum throughout her step sequence which is nice, cuz people literally crawls at the end of the StSq because they're too slow, no momentum... Hmmm, performance wise, maybe she can't do Tango very well? Her Tango seems a bit embarrassing at the start of the season but now she seems to be more comfortable with it idk...
I agree with all of this.
One thing she could work on is more expression in her face, which often doesnt express the same passion as the rest of her body.

I liked this part where Goncharenko showed her skepticism about bronze by very refined way:
"The American girl is also gifted and athletic, but I would like to see Sinitsina among the winners. On the other hand, she allowed the little mistakes. Ksyusha and her trainer both perfectly understood that she is not Kostornaya, and she had to be absolutely flawless so that no one could find the slightest loophole. Very true. Until a skater executes the element in competition I try not to listen. A lot of skaters have done 3A, 4S or even 4A in practice but in the end we never see it in competition.
