Have a good night's sleep!

Oh how I wish. I do hate it when high winds come up in the wee small hours...my Couch to 5k was a slog this morning, I can tell you, and just not because of the headwinds!

Jenni and Nicole did so well though, I’m so happy for them! Get that gold, Nicole, you know you can!

Looks like Guzide and Stefanie had a rough time of it too, though. Such a shame. They’re both really lovely skaters. Better luck to everybody on Saturday!

I’m finally caught up and I can’t believe how disappointed I am to discover there’s a sad ballad version of What A Feeling and that’s getting used instead of the original. Put some energy into it!
