Nice level 4 st sq from Cory despite other mishaps. One of my favorite Prince costumes.

Corey's skating style is beautiful, and I agree with you that it's a lovely Prince costume.

Deanna and Maxime:hap10:. That twist looked really good, and their lifts. And Deanna's dress(y)

I could do without that forgettable music however.....

It took forever for me to download the Senior Men SP video, so I only managed to upload 4 individual performances so far, but I'll take requests for this event. These were all rejected by Dailymotion, so I had to upload them on Streamable.

Stephen Gogolev SP:

Joseph Phan SP: [Dead link]

Aleksa Rakic SP: [Dead link]

Matthew Markell SP:

ETA: Dailymotion would only accept Joseph's SP if I edited out the replay and most of the kiss & cry.

I only watched the last two of the four senior pairs. Lori-Anne and Thierry had a rough skate. They missed a jump, a throw and and an entire lift. Deanna and Maxime did fairly well. They missed their SBS jumps but everything else was good including some cool lift exits. In the K&C however, Deanna looked quite frustrated and unhappy. I can't lip read well but I thought she said something like she couldn't hear very well. I don't know if she was talking about the music or during the SBS spins (if Maxime was calling out the counts).

I've never heard anyone skate to the Apollo 13 soundtrack. I don't think having Tom Hanks saying 'Houston, we have a problem" is a good thing to have during a freeskate.

I know, right? It's asking for doom...

And speaking of doom, Thomas Pelletier scored a meager 95.73 in the free skate.

Nam is next, and I hope he has a good skate.

Nam fell on the 4S, singled the 3A, the second jump of his second combo was a 2T instead of a 3T, and he put his foot down on the landing of the 3F. :palmf:

Nam's free skate score is 132.05, and his total score is 195.97. Currently in 1st, but that's obviously a poor showing for him, and he looked utterly dejected. :(

Corey fell on the 4T and 3A, but was clean afterwards, and all of his combos were after the halfway mark.
