That lift was awkward. You can see it's not totally secure - he was hesitating pulling his hands away and they barely held that part. Cool, I guess (though personally the up-side-down frog pose isn't my fave), but I don't like being able to see that you aren't fully secure in a difficult lift.

The frog lift makes a reappearance Almost as green as that frog for them. Sad to hear that she's going through health issues, back and hip injuries are no joke

I was questioning why they weren't going for triple throws yet but Mark answered that for me. Hopefully Violetta's back and hip pain will get better soon.

That reminds me of the way I used to refer to Sinitsina / Katsalapov as "Vik & Nik".

I suppose they could also have been "Viki & Niki", but it didn't have the same ring to it. Too many syllables. Not as slick as "Vik & Nik".

Oh, do you remember the time I did a reminder post for a Fan Fest, and missed my cue so I put X's up where all the numbers would be, so that I could come back and fill it in. And in the meantime, Flanker came along, saw "XX" as their start number, and thought I was talking in Roman Numerals. So he corrected me with their actual start number!
