The 2023 Kings Cup International will take place Oct 5-8, 2023, in El Segundo, Calif., at the Toyota Sports Performance Center. The event will feature the Singles discipline (Men and Women) in the Junior and Senior categories and will be conducted in accordance with the 2022 ISU Constitution and General Regulations, the ISU Special Regulations & Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating and relevant ISU Communications.

The event is free admission from what I understand. There may be a stream, but I'm still waiting for information.
