I'm pleasantly surprised. Especially the dance list is way way above my expectation. Lots of skaters I'm looking forward to see live in all categories.

Maybe Eteri makes an appearance! It's a small town I might run into her .

You have to watch carefully, she has the magic power when she just appears out of nowhere each and every time. Hopefully this year she won't be looking out pointlessly for Grassl, just as the rest of the arena.

I'm just wondering do they have some kind of pass system to exit and reenter the arena because it says the code on the ticket only works once.

It's not a big deal I'll buy another ticket if I have to.

IIRC last year they were not scanning the tickets, you just showed your printed (or mobile phone) ticket to the security at the entrance. So you could leave the arena and come in as many times as you wanted. In the years before you were scanning your ticket when entering and also on the way out, that way you could re-enter the arena.

IIRC correctly they sustained injury at Denis Ten Memorial, so the WD here and at Skate America is not really surprising. Hopefully they can be ready in time for their second GP assignment.

For Smart/Dieck, it's part of Spain's selection criteria for Europeans/Worlds (here.) Nebelhorn is the other Challenger that they're using for the criteria. It'll be the sum from the two competitions.

Few more WD's are in today, in ice dance both Israeli teams are out, they have been cross-entered with Mezzaluna and the field looks much weaker there so no surprise. In women Sara Franzi (SUI) and in men Fedor Chitipakhovian (ARM) are out.
