So happy Ilia got to skate in exhibiting here, still feel sour that Sk Canada didn't have it!

I watched the Gala on Peacock (too bad it will be taken down in a couple of days: two standouts for me, and for commentators, who were excellent throughout the entire Grand Prix Final; thank goodness I didn't have to listen to "Tara & Johnny"): Mao Shimada (junior ladies winner -- she's going to be a star very soon! she's listed as No. 17 on your original list); and Laurence Fournier Beaudry and Guillaume Cizeron (No. 16 on your original list), who skated a shortened version of their FD, with no 'wardrobe malfunction' (Mark Hanratty and other commentator didn't speak at all through their Gala performance, and at end said they were in awe at their beauty and skating skills: I feel the same way). I feel they were the best ice-dancers.
