Lia just scored 45.24 after skating the senior version of this program, an hour earlier. She already doesn’t have the highest TES score. So, I wonder if she made a mistake.

Looks like she made one on the 3Lz, -1.53 GOE on it.

Despite the popped 2A, it looks like Skylar skated well, with good GOEs and levels, and the highest components in the group

Ok. So, her 2A was solid.
Looks like she tried a 3F 2Lo for the first time. She didn’t get a good GOE on this combo.
She must have stepped out from the 3Lz. The lutz is her second hardest triple after the 3A.

Skylar meanwhile got more points from a 3Lo 2Lo, despite singling the axel and losing the bonus point from no 2A. Skylar’s spins and superior step sequence made the difference.
I hope Lia is taking note. It isn’t all about the jumps.
For some strange reason, Scott Davis can’t teach his skaters level 3/4 spins consistently
I wonder if Lia will play it safe with 2A on free skate. I hope she plays it safe and focuses on clean lutzes and her spins.

She can go for the 3A afterwards in the seniors free skate

She competed as a Junior domestically last season. She's currently not age eligible to compete as a Junior internationally, but will be next season.

If they post the protocols we will find out soon but there are no falls deductions and her PCS is on par with Skylar so i guess there were no big mistakes

Skylar only got level 2 on both her spins.
Lia focused on clean triples and better spins to win by almost four points, overall
