2025 CS PGE Warsaw Cup Women's Free Skate

Ah, haven't seen him yet.

Exactly.

Before this week, the only action from the Senior GP Series I had watched were both Cup Of China Ice Dance segments and the NHK Pairs SP.

I've been concentrating on the Senior B's. And what few Challengers that were free.

ok. well... I guess you will have some surprises for the Olympics, which you may not watch anyway because you have been clear about what Olympics mean to you

I'm curious what my scores will be, I had one WD in all of my categories 😅

Bye bye Challenger lead...i fear
I saw you were in the lead... and I was like good job.... and then I realized I had climbed up the ladder too and I was how? why ?

some of the top people forgot to enter this event... or didn't care... so we are real troopers being rewarded for doing predictions before Wednesday lunch time.. :)

If only I had fixed two of my predictions instead of tracking us sectionals...oh well it's all in fun

Oh, I'll be watching them all right. Just because I don't agree with the hype or the rules doesn't mean I don't want to see how everybody gets on.

It's still skating, after all.

next week is Canadian Challenge (qualifying event for Nationals). so I may be somewhere but not nowhere
it's Thanksgiving week for US so I will be home even though we do not celebrate until Saturday since I work the holiday (what else is new)

Congratulations to Sara-Maude on her first Challenger win and to Marina and Mia on their medals. I believe that it is Mia Risa Gomez's first Challenger medal.
It is, but it´s her 3rd international medal in a row, bronze at Budapest Trophy, gold in Cup of Innsbruck and now a bronze at Warsaw Cup - she is on a roll here..and she still isn´t skating clean programs. And the contrast to last season beginning is crazy - she was scoring in the range of 114-124 in the first four competitions, compared to 154-170 now. But Diana said she had a ankle injury due to overtraining so that might have been what was bothering her last season.

I actually think her score is a bit low here because that PCS was very stingy compared to others. She even got better at Euros last season and it´s a 5 points drop from one competition to another. She now improves her ISU best score with like 0.20 points... Hopefully not something that is disappointing her too much, she said she wants to work on components and speed this season!

The only worry I have - have she peaked too early? With everything that is going on now with several top European skaters coming back from injury she has a good chance to get Norway two spots at Europeans.

Imagine if I were to record some philosophical statements and put them on YouTube... so I could share them in these threads when needed ;)

you have no idea how "mine" sounds like when I call dibs on some eye candy
it would be something like this I think -
"I think Patrick is something and everything..."

I’m so happy for SMD!!!
I should have never doubted your 3A abilities!! 👏
Another first 180+ international score here with 185.66
I think we need to keep sending our Women to Warsaw!!
Great performance SMD!!
This now puts her in the battle of our 180+ Women for the sole Olympic spot: Gabby, Maddie, and now SMD (3A) - All executing this benchmark at their latest events. Nationals is going to be a battle 🇨🇦
