I don't know why I remembered the 4S(fall) as happening during the Ex program but I went back to check and sure enough she popped that one
The attempt she fell on during the warmup definitely looked <<

He said he's working with a new trainer and it seems to be helping quite a bit
I believe this was his first 3F attempt in competition (he would only jump 2F)
He's jumping with more power
And although he fell several times he stayed focused and didn't look like he wanted to give up...which was an issue earlier this season
