Chinese ice dancers WANG Shiyue (王诗玥), born April 21, 1994, in Changchun, Jilin, China, and LIU Xinyu (柳鑫宇), born October 16, 1994 in Changchun, Jilin, China, are five-time National Champions (2015, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2026) and the 2020 Cup of China Champions. They are also the 2017 Asian Winter Games Champions, the 2015 MNNT Cup Champions, and the 2018 CS Asian Open Trophy champions.

The team represented China at the 2018, 2022, and 2026 Winter Olympics.

This team has improved so much this year!

They finally have top notch choreographers, Krylova & Camerlengo.

Even though the Chinese fed does not send dancers to the JGP that often, it is a shock that they never had a JGP assignment! They have been together for years

I really enjoyed their performances at Worlds and WTT. When they first came on the ice, I thought, "Woah, they have a bigger height difference than any of the Chinese pairs." But I forgot about it when they started skating. She's so charismatic that no amount of height difference could make them look unbalanced.

They're still very young. Lots of time to improve.

I was greatly impressed with Wang and Liu at the World Team Trophy this week! They are well matched and they have a nice style. I think if they work on their skating skills and execution, they will definitely move up in the world rankings next year! :yes:

Xinyu's long legs and deep edges caught my attention at this WTT. There is a beautiful and standout quality about this combination. I just checked and realized he is 1.89m or 6 ft 2.5 in tall! So I wasn't wrong about his long legs. Some tall skaters tend to be gangly but Xinyu is elegant. I'll be looking out for this team.

Was excited when they came on the international scene at WC2015 but have forgot about them since SA2015. Then I saw their 4CC Mika FD and proceeded to binge-watch their programs to see the amazing progress they made. I’m hoping they can continue climbing the ranks for Beijing 2022!
