Sofia Samodelkina

[Spirals for Miles]

Sofia Samodelkina (Russian: Софья Самоделкина) is a ladies' single skater who represents Kazakhstan. She was born on 18 February 2007.

She is the 2025 NHK Trophy silver medalist and the 2025 Winter Universiade bronze medalist.

Previously, she represented Russia and was the 2021 JGP Ljubljana silver medalist and the 2021 JGP Krasnoyarsk bronze medalist.

She won the 2020 Russian Cup Final (KMC) and placed 4th at the 2020 Junior National Championships.

She's incredibly good.

Over 55 points. In 2015 younger age nationals, top3 in SP was:

1. Tarakanova 51.80
2. Trusova 49.37
3. Shcherbakova 46.52

Obviously, this is only the qualifiers and I assume the nationals will have more strict judging. But even so, it's very impressive. Samodelkina's of comparable age to all three of these in 2015.
