I’m a 5’6” 150 lb, 41 year old woman looking to upgrade from my Jackson Classiques (which I think they don’t even make anymore). I bought them online 10 years ago knowing nothing about skates. Skates for about a year and am just picking skating up again after moving close to a rink. I’ve been skating for 3 months and have my waltz jump and am working on my toe loop. I’ve noticed my feet tend to cramp when I work on crossovers and my boots may be breaking down. I have Egyptian toes and a wide ball of my foot. I’m located in Central Illinois. Thanks for any advice!

Hi and welcome! It's not just toes that would be Egyptian, it's the foot. So you may have to re-examine the charts to decide what your foot type is, then we will be happy to help you find boots that may work for you.

I still think it’s Egyptian. I just have wider toes and a narrower heel. Thank you!
I think you misunderstood what I was saying. I was just saying it's foot type not toe type. And that it would be your whole foot that's Egyptian.

Either way: Look at Riedell Bronze Star or Risport RF3 Pro with your foot type, you might even be able to get away with Risport Royal Pro.
Pair them with a traditional intermediate blade: John Wilson Coronation Ace or MK Pro.

Good luck!

Oh I’m sorry! I looked at several charts online and Egyptian looks most like my feet. Is there a specific source I should be looking at?
