Russia and Belarus won their appeal against FIS(fédération Internationale de ski). CAS lets them nominate AINs in all FIS disciplines.

For now these athletes are cleared to compete in FIS World Cup the whole season:
Savelij Korosteljov cross country, big talent from a cross country family, junior champion 2022
Darja Neprjajeva, cross country, also junior champion 2022, little sister to Natalja who has won medals at olympics and worlds
Anastasia Tatalina snowboard big air, world champion 2021
Belarus:
Uladzislau Vazniuk freeski
Maria Sjkanova alpine skiing
Hanna Huskova freeski
Ihar Drabiankou freeski
Anna Derugo freeski
Anastasija Andrjianava freeski
I think this weekend is the last chance for cross country skiers to qualify for olympics. I don't know about the other disciplines and paralympics.
The international olympic committe has the last world to decide who is neutral.

I’m excited to see how Korosteljov and Neprjajeva do on Saturday and Sunday at World Cup in Davos. I remember them from junior worlds 2022. There will be no problem for them to qualify. Though I wonder: In Davos they compete in sprint and 10 km. If they qualify can they also compete in other cross country disciplines.
Please tell if I’ve got something wrong. It’s a bit of a mess. There are question marks. For example how many times have the athletes been tested for doping while being away from international competitions.
I don’t think we’ll know for sure who will compete until we see the Olympic and Paralympic start lists.
CAS requests that Russian and Belarusian athletes participate in FIS qualification events for Milano Cortina 2026
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) announced today that it partially upheld the appeals filed by the Russian Ski Association, the Belarusian Ski Union, and a group of athletes from both countries against the decision not to facilitate the participation of athletes from Russia and Belarus...
