Wow Sasha. She was on fire today. I can't even imagine what score she will receive later in the season - when the program and the jumps will be a bit more polished. Did she skate to Unstoppable at the Gala? I hope so. I wonder why it didn't make an appearance in the summer ice show.
Hi Sasha fans here, I really like Sasha's free this year. I have a question, do you guys know what's the meaning of the voice (i assume it is Daenerys' Valyrian language? ) at the beginning and middle (where Sasha has an eye close-up moment) of the program. I kr the last voice at the end of the program is "Dracarys!!" but what is the meaning of the opening voice and the voice in the middle?

Aleksandra has this sort of divine vision or manifestation moment in the middle of her program, when her whole attitude changes. I've binge watched all of GoT, but most of it has faded from my memory to remember the significance of that moment. #TeamTutberidzeForProgress might have only used GoT music and general story line, without really staying true to any of the characters, perhaps not even to Daenarys Storm Born?
Waiting and hoping for some thorough artistic evaluation of both her programs, like those that have been done for Shcherbakova's routines. You can bet on Gleikhengauz and Tutberidze to put some hidden meaning and deeper purpose in every of the routines they staged for their senior skaters. People are in awe over Aleksandra's quads and in anger over the supposedly weaker and poorer other parts of her routine, but there is probably more to this we don't know yet.

Sasha never ceases to amaze me! Was it only two years ago when we were eagerly watching her throughout the year to see if she would land just one quad? And now she's at four!
That rule about only being able to repeat one quad, which you would have though would only apply to men, suddenly seems to become relevant to Sasha as well.

Better quality clips from Japan Open are slowly arriving. In close up one could see Sasha biting her lip, looking very concentrated at the boarding where Gleikhengauz gave her his final advice. No smile on her face, just fierce determination: “I really want to do this, please make it happen and I won’t let you down”.
There was obvious relieve and pride on her face after “Dracarys” has sounded and she knew she’d achieved something the world thought was impossible: quad quads in a ladies free skate program.
The Japan Open Gala was a bit tame on Aleksandra’s part but she probably did as was instructed by the stage directors.

Most likely, yes. Fatigue also showed in Alina’s EX.
Sort of glad no quad battles, for we don’t want our Sasha to get injured by over extending herself.
Really? No one has still not brought the video of historical skate with four quads? it’s easy to get used to good things, who knows when we will see this again.
