It worries me very much. She has already said that is is working on MORE quads...and I think what will take her out will NOT be puberty (as many maintain) but a broken limb, hip etc. with extensive rehab. I wish she would land the 4L to get the ratification, and then just stick to the salcow and toe loop quads. It is only 2 years until the Olympics, and I would hate to see her miss them.

She has very soft landing on her jumps, like Yuzu. So I think she will have less burden on her ankles. I think she will be fine.

I pray you are right. My mom (a lifetime skating mother, lol) just watched her FS and said, 'Good God, that is the greatest figure skater in the history of the sport,' and I think that is true. She has sort of ruined the senior season for me though, everyone else seems boring and such a huge level below Trusova.

I think she is the best technically gifted, superior ladies skater figure skating has ever seen. But I do think she needs to improve component wise before Beijing. [emoji2]

There are 3.5y till Olympics and I don't see her there. She will be 17+ and some other girl in her 15s will win.

Not always a 15-year-old wins Olympics quite the opposite I will say. It's too early to say, let's just enjoy the seasons as they come...

Meh.. I'm actually quite angry about a recent famous Youtuber who dissed Sasha (K**** K**g).
I realized that publicity brings about bad stuff such as the name mentioned above. Sasha doesn't deserve too much criticism at such a young age. A part of me wanted to protect her from such vicious fans of that other female skater (whose name I won't mention here) who keep trying to compare Sasha's 4lz with a "perfect 3lz" [emoji28][emoji28][emoji28]

Why diss Sasha she's an amazing phenom? If KK and others cant admire that then the heck with them.

Yes but the majority of viewers acknowledge Alena's artistry more, which Tru has yet to win over.

Not for me...I love Alena but find Trusova on equal footing if not better. She excels where Alena falls short and vice versa. To me Trusova is engaging and is a performer where as Alena is more abstract and lyrical. She moves with the music where as Trusova commands it.
Based on this season’s performances and programs I’d score them pretty similar with Tiny Boss just edging her out by a tiny bit

I think that Trusova's shown to be more musical. Alena's superior in "looking beautiful" and body positions, but Trusova feels the music much more whereas Alena looks like she's just skating with some music on the background.
Also, artistically Trusova's improved the most in comparison to last year. I wonder when people will stop criticizing her "lack of musicality" because it just is no longer true.
