I didn’t know that quads where forbidden for ladies short program???

Also Eteri is saying that the value of the quad has been lowered by the judges for the World Junior Championships, but Sasha did quads during the free skate, no during the short, so quads are also forbidden for free skate?

In senior ladies quads are forbidden in short. In junior ladies quads and tripple axels are forbidden in short.
Senior ladies short:
a) Double or triple Axel Paulsen;
b) Triple jump;
c) Jump combination consisting of a double jump and a triple jump or two triple jumps;
d) Flying spin;
e) Layback/sideways leaning spin or sit or camel spin without change of foot;
f) Spin combination with only one change of foot;
g) Step sequence fully utilizing the ice surface.

Junior ladies short:
a) Double Axel Paulsen;
b) Double or triple Flip jump;
c) Jump combination consisting of two double jumps or one double and one triple jump or two triple jumps;
d) Flying camel spin;
e) Layback /sideways leaning spin or sit spin without change of foot;
f) Spin combination with only one change of foot;
g) Step sequence fully utilizing the ice surface.

Quads are forbidden in ladies short programs(novice, junior, senior) and allowed in free at least at senior and junior level. I'm not sure regarding novices.

In the short program quads are only allowed for senior men.

The triple Axel is not forbidden for anyone, but a junior lady in the short program can only jump it in combination.

thanks! but it’s still not clear why Eteri’s saying that the quad(s) has(have) been lowered in her program (so the free skate during the World Junior Championships I guess) like if it was forbidden!? Or the translation is not good.

That's not what she said. She said it BV for quads was lowered and penalization for faults was raised after the juniors (or that's maybe how it was edited by media) to discourage skaters to do quads.

I've been struggling to understand that livestream. A nice person in Alina's fan fest translated the parts about her, but I've gotten about the rest is that Kamila talked about the 4A (Alina, Alexandra, Alena, Anna), and nobody has a boyfriend yet.

Not necessarily. Aged 12 she tried to learn 3A and never succeeded. Coaches decided to try with quads.
