Where’s that funny video from a few months ago, where Alina was mocking Daniil on Instagram saying “Best choreography ever!” and did this hilarious wiggle before falling down? That video was so cute. A link?

That makes much more sense.I figured that it was a miscommunication somewhere. This is lusk8 we're talking about, one of the nicest, most respectful posters on GS and also one of the biggest Alina fans. No way lusk8 would ask for bashing

Alina is everything but disrespectful. The post in the competition thread was given by someone who attended the practice and noticed that Alina “bumped“ into other skaters during practice time. I can understand why that would seem a bit careless to some and it‘s okay to remark that she might need to be a bit more careful. I personally think things like this just happen, no matter how hard you try, it happened to Satoko and Kaori as well at Skate America. Especially when you‘re so focused on your own training. It happens and it‘s okay. There are several skater at once on this ice after all, you can‘t be aware where everybody is at any time.
Maybe “disrespectful“ was the wrong word this poster used. But there was never any implications at all that Eteri made Alina be disrespectful (what even ...
) Some thought it was necessary to start Orser against Eteri talk again which was thankfully quickly shut down. Generally, I don‘t think anyone said that at all that Alina was doing this on purpose or is just a rude girl. Just that she could be a bit more careful sometimes during warm-up. Yes, I noticed there was somethink like that and that somebody was reacting on you but your post was deleted already. I figured out that it must have been something like that. Pity I didn't visit the thread earlier, I would probably say something to them.

Just look at the video you posted of her SP practice today.
I saw at least 2 skaters come very close to her during HER music.
Wanna bet there were no cries of outrage about that?

Guys, please read the competition thread again, it‘s explained there that no one had evil intentions. Neither the one giving the report nor Alina. It was just an observation and it wasn‘t even in a bad way. I‘m usually the first to defend Alina (and I stated in there that I thought it‘s something that happens to every skater once in a while) but in this case it really wasn‘t meant to attack/bash her. Please not let something like this be the reason to stay out of competition threads. I‘m sure it would be awesome if more Alina fans gathered there to watch her performance and the ones of all the other amazing skaters today and in the future. No need to make a drama, everything‘s fine!

It's the "double standards" applied towards Eteri and co. E. g. this season I've already seen at least three different programs using Romeo and Juliet music WITH Caprio's voiceovers. But nobody cares, only when Alëna uses it, those (banned word) will start an outrage. So it is not surprising they write this (another banned word) about Alina...

Why is it so far fetched to think Eteri wants her name mentioned? That’s the deal with show business — name dropping to amp up everyone involved in the project.

To save myself from getting too mad at the unjustness of how Alina is treated, I always tell myself that it is because Alina is such a classy young lady that there is nothing even the most nitpicky of critics can find wrong with her actual character that they focus on bizarre details like how close she skates is to other skaters.
How great is it that we are fans of a figure skater who has a great personality to go along with her great skating?

Dear Fluture, thank you for peacemaking, I’m absolutely normal person and never reacts for "nothing " or good joke about Alina , but they wrote ridiculous things and I knew for sure that if I started answering, the moderators would come and erase at least some of the nastiness that was written and no one else will read that Alina is supposedly rude and disrespectful, and Eteri supports this behavior and does not react.
