I think it really is worth copying it here:

Daniil during Gala: "I want to reach out to the fans of figure skating. It’s difficult period for us after all. Not everything is going well but we all want our Olympic champion to skate for many seasons ahead right? To continue make people happy with her skate. I just don’t understand some specialists and experts, who escalate the situation and instead of supporting her criticize unreasonably, I’d even say with unjustified cruelty. Let’s be kinder to our athletes and support them and everything will be alright."
 
Her performance at the Gala was just wow and awwww! She was like "I'll show you people full of hatred and negativity towards me what I'm capable of! Now shut up and look!" :biggrin: I think that performance is the proof that her problem is nothing but mental. This season is and has been about coping with the enormous pressure and I'm sure she will have got over it mentally by the next season!

Such an enormous abundance of wonderful photos of the Alina, smiling, happy, glowing golden and gorgeous. Even straight after her FS, looking wry and relaxed, and later, at the medal ceremony a quiet moment of reflection, cheerful at the press conference, interacting so nicely with Sofya (so many wonderful pictures of this), and with Stasya and the other competitors.

Indeed, as someone said earlier, Alina is coming across really classy. Full of deep praise and respect for her coaching team, of grateful thanks for the evident widespread support and love she commands among supporters, fans and simply spectators.

I hope you do well at worlds, Zagi!! I just find her endlessly charming. Just wish she can fix her issues in the off season if she is to continue.

She is to continuee. She has a mini offseason to work on things before worlds and Masarus debut at worlds!

I love every word of this post! To add to it - I am so impressed with Alina 'directing' the group photo with the president! I guess after multiple meetings with Putin and the Japanese Prime Minister she is an old hand at this kind of thing :)

I also loved so much her taking the initiative, along with Dima and Sasha, to give balloons to the kids in the audience. Such an adorable idea.

She skates Survivor with such freedom and joy. Although she is still losing GOE with the pony-tail trick ;)

Maybe if Liza is right and the 'curse of Carmen' is real they can turn Survivor into her FS! I think Phillippe Candeloro suggested this on the French FS channel.

I know it won't happen. Not this close to Worlds. And the idea of Carmen as an exhibition program is exhausting!

I won't lie to you guys, seeing Alina and Sofia together like this has melted my cold heart in the peak of winter. I'm an Alina fan first and foremost but I cannot say anything bad about the lovely 2019 European Champion, they look so cute together:love:

Congrats on the silver Alina:agree: !!! I know she's humble and realistic, and aware that there's work to be done but also that silver is a great achievement and no one is entitled to gold. I wish her a little bit of rest now and peaceful preparations for World's!

PS. Seeing Alina with Vanessa and Morgan truly overloading my fandom heart lolol.
