It’s not funny guys, it was very not smart of her to post this online. Sports ru is nothing, I meant other magazines people actually read, it’s bad for her reputation, “rich and famous people can do anything” kinda stuff they’re gonna use. But wtv whats done is done, I doubt local izhevsk police will be onto her and her dad, since you cant actually tell if she breaks law by driving without driving teacher or not and her family is very respected there.


On a side note, i wonder if Daniil still doesn’t have music for Alina’s sp, he has mentioned after WC, he is gonna use fresh music and her FS image IS smth she hasn’t portrayed before, but about sp he only said he figured out TYPE of music he wants, didn’t sound like he has smth specific in mind. I cant even imagine, tho i gotta say I was hoping Daniil learned his lesson and wouldn’t give Alina a “character” in FS and let her “be beautiful and feel the music” instead, still hoping for a smooth beautiful stsq tho lol

I hope for the exact same thing. I want to see more of Alina interpreting the music than playing a character or acting out a story. I'm excited.

Sorry for making fun of the situation. I agree that it could potentially be a bad look, but hopefully it will just make her more relatable and less 'perfect'. Maybe people will remember when they did the same thing with their parents when they were the same age? And the fact that she posted it on social media can just be chalked up to youthful excitement? I hope so, anyway. All teenagers make silly mistakes. Alina hardly posts anything on sm as it is, and this will probably make her even more cautious about sharing. Her dad obviously didn't think there was any harm in it. Live and learn.

If anyone actually thinks that an almost 16 year old girl driving down an isolated back street with her father is some sort of "entitlement" then they are either stupid or have some "hidden agenda". Well, probably both.

As far as the "legality" of it, gimme a break.
We have some wannabe "social media star" in Russia that made physical threats against a certain 16 year old athlete AND actually stalked her.
If the authorities want to start somewhere - let them drag this "rodina/rodent" character out of her hive in handcuffs.

It’s almost like team T doesn’t believe Alina can interpret music? I know ET is amazing at hiding weak sides and showing best ones with choreography and music. Im not biased about Alina’s abilities and maturity but She is definitely not worse than juniors that get type of music i wanted for her so what’s the problem. I like Alina’s junior samson sp a lot, even tho you can see how she’s thinking too much about elements.
I like anything Alina did and does in skating i just think this “character & endless music accents” programs are harder and get in a way of her clean jumps, since she has to focus on too many things at once.

Remember what Alina's team stated before last leason: we want to show Alina as a character and to stabilize her position (approx.). There were voices criticizing Alina is unable to show character and personality, she is just technical skater. So, with POTO and Carmen those bad voices were proven wrong. Now Alina is free to choose whatever position she wants.

Team Tutberidze can't be blamed for Carmen. Alina wanted it and they gave it to her. As they should. Winning OG should have it's rewards!

As for DQ that program was the perfect Olympic weapon. Back loaded, everything choreographed note perfect, perfect characterization, already one full season (albeit a junior season) to hone it to perfection. And the British Eurosport guys pointed out something interesting. Alina was so young, but with the character of a ballerina in both programs it gave her instant 'maturity' in a sense.

But, I'm with you - bring on some change! I'm ready. Don't mess this up, Daniil!

You can already read some of these “stupid people”’s comments on articles, on Alina’s and teamZ’s insta...personally I'm not happy with her behavior either. Hopefully no one will care coz of holidays in Russia and we all will just forget about it.

I really felt sorry for that kid, but good grief that was a dumb thing to do after everything Russia has been through with the Olympics and the doping scandal.

I know Alina is held to a higher standard because she is ALINA but I am hopeful that people will see it as a mistake that any teenager could have made. And I am sure Alina will learn from it, and honestly, looking on the bright side, it may save her a lot of trouble in the future, because she will be much more careful.

I remember last summer during some skating show in Japan Alina was hanging out with Nathan, Mariah, and some other skaters and posted an IG story. What she didn't realize (because she doesn't speak English) is that Nathan and Mariah were talking about Raf talking about a skater being fat. That story got deleted quickly!

People are blind Or soulless, Alina was so great in black swan, best sp EVER, Alina was everything she needed to be emotionally, i fell in love with her coz of that sp.

I reaaaaaally don’t think you choose anything in ET group considering programs, based on Alina’s, EM’s, Liza’s words. It’s not a bad thing it’s just how they work, ET has a vision of how to present every skater in a best way both technically and artistically and they have to trust everything she does for them and roll with it.
Daniil once said he liked working with Alina because she never says no to anything offered, she doesn’t say I can’t do it or I don’t like it... I still cant watch POTO, i know some people like it a lot and choreography wise i do too but i feel like he did her dirty with this overused, boring, initially not great, and chopped music.

I didn’t know this! People are being so careless about technology around them, who knows what other secrets are out there)) Alina needs to learn English asap before learning how to drive. Tho i had a theory Alina is learning how to drive now coz her family is buying a house in Moscow to move there so she will definitely need a car to get to the rink.

Oh boy, there are already articles about Alina breaking law by driving at 16 without a seatbelt on...why would she post videos?? even tho you cant clearly see (I believe seatbelt is under her vest) and you actually can legally drive special car when you’re 16 with instructor in Russia, I’m pretty sure she is still gonna get in legal trouble now and will have to explain herself publicly.

I don't think Alina Zagitova believes the rules don't apply to her. I doubt very much that her parents would want her driving without a driver's license with no adult supervision in the car. Besides the most important person in her life she has to set a good example for is not her young fans it's her little sister who probably notices everything her big sister is going through. Everything.

I don't understand why that video of Alina driving would be such a big deal, to get her into legal trouble or whatever... She's driving super slow, on an empty road, both hands on the wheel and all (she may not be wearing a seatbelt but still) and it's obvious that whoever is recording must be an adult.
Most people learn to drive before they reach the legal age, on parking lots and quiet roads like that anyway
