There is one more thing. Remember G. Daleman's complete disaster at OG. When she started falling, she completely lost consistence, started to do the most simple jumps and was copletely out of program. Alina nomatter the falls and the terrible feelings she surely had still completed her program AS A WHOLE, she had no Ur calls (thats why she still ended 5th) and fought. She is really strong and she new I can cry later but till the music is on I must fight no matter everything. Thats the think why I think she should have not interrupt trainings (of course some rest she must have but in reasonable lenght) and preserve self-confidence, fight with the feelings like "I am useless" and so on. That of coure requires max support from her family and her team. I even think Medvedeva and other teammates should now help her to stay strong, to help her recognize that one miserable program is not the end of the world and would never wipe out what makes her so great.
She had URs and that was essentially the problem with the jumps.... she just didn't have enough force to rotate them.
