Watching Alyona get gold was the best skating victory of the entire Olympics for me. (Alina's is second) And watching her and Bruno get that World gold was just perfection. Now she is single-handedly going to save American pair skating! :yahoo:

Big fan of Aliona also! Going way back to her days with Robin.

My father never really watched skating but he was watching when they did Pink Panther and liked that a lot!

I am really excited to see how she can help the Knierims. They are beautiful to watch and hopefully she can guide them to the next level.

We shall see.

I am hoping that is a one time thing because emotions are running high. I am also hoping the person upsetting Diana did not know she has a hearing disability. I actually did not know until Ed mentioned it.

Actually anyone can edit a wikipage, you just need to make an account there which isn't that hard, so sometimes a person edits and wiki's own people later go over it and decide it is not accurate and they take it down (or another person updates the info back to what it was). By not accurate I mean they (wiki admins) can't independently verify it (say, on ISU's webpage and Olympics webpage for Alina her height is listed as 156cm which would be 5.1). Even ISU probably doesn't have her current actual height.
