We are (not pumps or hoovers but beer drinkers, that sounds nobly ) and we are proud on our beer (excluding Starobrno ), however the consumption data are distorted by foreign beer tourists
But our affinity to beer doesn't mean we would avoid other drinks
Seriously, I don't drink nearly any spirit, only beer and wine, and only moderate (I had some season when I started to drink very much before I realized that the reason why I started can't be changed and I in fact feel much worse, so I stopped). Even when great line from famous czech comedy Lemonade Joe says: "Alcohol served in small doses does no harm in any amount"

I used to watch this 1970's British comedy "Are You Being Served?" when it was on PBS.

There were only a couple of episodes where they referenced Americans - and both times they were depicted with cowboy hats .

There’s no bears here in Brazil and the movies portray them as aggressive animals, so I’m not used to see bears in situations like this, but that’s very nice.
