Great find! Thank you so much.

That dress and hair ribbon are so beautiful on her.

In case people didn't notice - you can play the video with English subtitles.
So any English speakers that missed that - watch it again with the subtitles turned on.

I love her easy manner and earnestness when talking.

When she's talking about the stuffed toy....
"He is strange. From the ears stick out his hands. And a fluffly tail. Very strange, but cute".

Do we know when this was filmed?

My guess would be at the time when she was performing in the ice show in Korea (based on her manicure).
If so, she must have made a side trip to Japan to do the commercial.

How wonderful.

"Arigato" :love:

Look very similar to Khrustalny ice rink in Moscow..
Alinka speaks better and better :agree:

Like EdRoz mentioned above: I think is was recorded in Russia, the crew was all speaking Russian and a bunch of weeks back someone posted a picture to instagram showing the set for this recording and tagged Alina. I remember we wondered what it was for....for the life of me I can't find the original picture now.

Alina face is good for commercial.. she could be Russian, American , Spanish, Italian girl...
even little bit Asian )))

It seems Japan is really loving her! i'm so happy for her, that's what she deserves.
That cute doll she's holding, she said it's cute but according to people on twitter it is supposed to be evil tho

Alina's goodness and sweetness will triumph!!!!

The costume on Alina is made in the style of the character Kaname Madoka, and the image conveys the image of a girl who through pain and suffering turns into a sorceress (wizard)

Do you know The Cutting Edge movies? This commercial reminds me of them, especially the parts when she keeps having difficulties, falling, the sound of the blades on the ice (they use this sound effect a lot in TCE)... It looks super cool. And I must say, Alina could be a really good actress, her face is very expressive and she doesn't need to say a word!

Btw, she looks already really tall, is it the dress?

That's good to know, my first reaction when seeing the costume was that it is like a big cake... :rolleye: But then I saw it is a cosplay of this anime character. And I almost got used to it but yeah, apparently Japanese love using many colours, even their TV screens are covered in colourful texts.
