Alina jumped 3Lz+3Lo, 2A (difficult entry) and 3F all clean, high quality jumps
WIG! i'm glad she's keeping the iconic 3lz-3lo and landed it perfectly this early already! and the 2A entry she struggled with at The Ice is staying too! this should mean she landed it cleanly in practice consistently enough for Eteri to decide she'd bring it in competition :cool14:

- everything was in Russian!I really like her 2A entry. it's so difficult and beautiful. Glad she's doing OK,it's a relief, I was so nervous whole day.

These are her impressions of the test skates.
I know from what I have read here that she is an Eteri-hater, but she gave a great report on Alina.
However - she "panned" the construction of the program - which is not a swipe at Alina, but Eteri & Daniil.
Zagitova. She grew up, jumps well, returned the call to the axel, which was at the beginning of last season - with her head lowered and her leg lifted. Lutz-loop, flip, axel. Everything is absolutely fine. But the wrapper is trash and "creepy roses". Frank frivolity from the director, wild cutting of music. That is, in life you can not say that the Olympic champion is skating.
I don't care what she thinks of the program (maybe just a "dig" at Eteri) - her impression of Alina was positive.

I've read some feedback on twitter, they say the program is still awful... I ####ing hate that!! Why can't she have a beautiful program like she deserves? It's already so hard, I want to see her shine, not get some bit of what she could be with a better choreo :sad4:

the girl who has been providing translations on twitter since this morning translated that same blog post from Vait as :
"Zagitova grew up, jumps are good, got her old axel entry back (head down, leg up), 3Lz+3Lo, the program is trashy, music cuts are awful, will never guess that an OGM is skating"
I've heard from other people that she is a huge Eteri hater but tbh i'm not bothered by the criticism towards the program itself. It's not a dig at Alina personally and definitely nothing we haven't heard this summer from skating fans since the program was first revealed. It seems to be a program that is received with divided opinions. I've already accepted that not everybody will like it. I'm glad she skated perfectly. That's what matters the most. Judges will decide if the program is worth good PCS scores. There's nothing else we can do but wait to see how it's received in competition.
обёртка = wrapping, cover, envelope (I assume "packaging" in this context). She then literally uses the loan word трэш (tresh = trash)
Zhutkie rozochki (sinister, atrocious little roses) is a line from the Soviet comedy Office Romance (Sluzhebnyi roman). The receptionist is referring to a woman wearing "a blouse with vulgar roses on it." Í'm not Russian, so I'm not an expert on the cultural nuances and references, but I guess Vait is calling the program (and perhaps even the costume) garish
