:sad21: I am feeling exactly how I felt after Milano...:sad21: I guess it was the pressure? Or maybe she is not used with the program yet? I am optimistic that it will be better after some more performances.
On a brighter side, I really like it, the music cuts are really ok. But I could not really enjoy it because my heart was broken after seeing Alinka falling :sad21:

Poor Alina! I hope she didn't hurt herself with those 2 falls. It must be the nerves, I guess. I will wait for a video in order to watch the program again but for now I like it a lot more than her SP. They have decided to keep the very literal interpretation of the music by doing jumps and some moves to the music notes, I found it a bit excessive this time, however, the overall impression is good. I love some of the transitions she does and there was a spiral I think.. those extensions :luv17:

They choose a very unusual music cut for Carmen, that’s good, it’ll be a surprise and a different take.

I have to say that, like others mentioned before, my heart broke a bit for her for falling and having that step out. Those are never easy even in a zero stakes game like test skates. Hard to judge the program as a whole because of that.

This event had a charged and nervous energy about it, when the skaters entered the warm up for Alina’s group you could cut the air with a knife. Not a good feeling at all, at least for me.

For her it’s better to have a negative experience now than to have one later. I’m sad for her because she is such a perfectionist and a supremely talented girl, but in the end on the day this performance has no bearing on her competitive career for this new year.

The program will be unusual and unexpected in a good way, go get them Alina!!

So sorry for Alina. I hope she didn't feel like at the worlds, it's one of the worst feelings ever and predictor of disaster. Maybe just a bad day.
I need to rewatch the program, but I quite liked it.

I think that she is very nervous, she became a participant in the war in which she does not want to participate

Its hard for me to think right now because my heart broke a little bit too... but im trying to stay positive and i will let myshelf believing its just the nerves and nothing too serious about her physical shape. She changed the layout, right? two solo 2A and maybe the 3T will be after the solo 3Lz right in the second half...?

She was so into character at first but you could see her lose focus all throughout the program. When she fell she probably freaked out and was unable to stay focused. It's okay, it's not a competition. I'm sure many people in Russia will have lots to say about it but all she can do is just go back to Sambo and work hard to be ready for her first competition. It's very soon

Her Carmen was better than I expected, aside the jumps, everything was ok for me (although she lost some motivation after the mistakes). I can’t wait to see her performing Carmen in a gorgeous costume. :luv17:
