they're talking smack about her 3-3 being UR and how her skating skills has regressed. can people stop being this pressed, alinka is fabulous and people need to just learn to live with it instead of being so salty

At the end I was crying too. If I was so nervous, I wonder how was Alinka feeling :sad21: It's her first international competition, I think she'll become more confident during the season. I am so proud of her :luv17:

We don't care about haters, so I don't know why they are always mentioned. We should just let them talk as much as they want, when Alinka will continue to mesmerize us with her skating and win competitions. Her signature combo looks very solid, it was the same during her training, actually all her jumps, spins and the SS looked great. She improved her skating skills too, so she is on the right track :thumbsup:

I don't know about you but seeing this really relieved me. It means she can do it, she just needs to get her nerves under control. If she does, she's fabulous, like her where she clearly was nervous as well. We still have the FS and it's certainly more challenging than a SP but if she nailed those jumps here, it means that she didn't somehow "lose" them like some people predicted. Whatever happens tomorrow, she just showed that she's still capable of everything she showed last season and even more. Over the season, she'll progress even more and personally, I'm excited. 
She also looks so much more grown up, it's mindblowing. And I just love those tights in the boots and her dress. :luv17:

Also what I noticed...Alinka did not have the best warm-up, she popped 2 times her combo, but she really delivered when it mattered the most. Our fierce Alinka :sad21::luv17:

I'm so happy because of the way she started ..everybody know that she is getting better during season, so this season her SP could be epic! And about the music cuts ..now with dresses and in competition its quite ok for me, Its dynamic, I was not a big fan but Danil knows what he does at the end..

it doesn't go with the music (her 3flip is landed perfectly with the music notes, it would be weird to have a combo there) and we've just seen that she doesn't need to backload the combo. Her transitions will give her high enough GOEs to keep her above the rest

Dear Lord! I'm alive! Breathtaking Alina, program, dress... Just incredible performance, I' so proud she handled all this pressure. Well done Alina!
