Wow - she really skated the SP at another level today.
She looked so relaxed and controlled.
Best she's ever done.

(I don't count the 3Lo after the Flip because it is not part of the SP.)

I would love to see her skate with this confidence (SP and LP) at every competition she is in.

But Eteri don't seems upset from the combo .. It's hard to say bc we don't see her whole face, but it look like she smile anyway, didn't she? But definitely it look like she surprise them but she always wanna show the best, so they could expect she will do it despite of she is not suppose to

BTW she look so relax in whole video. It look like she really enjoy all the attention. Her interaction with people, especially kids is amazing, she is always so kind and polite.

Also POTO looks so confident. I guess broke 80 last week was just begining. :luv17:

Just realized something, yes I'm slow Alina was the oldest girl at the podium in Rostelecom Cup: Sofia, also 16, was born 2 months later than her and Eunsoo is 15.

Now that's a new one for our girl.

I love a moment you are referring to, from the Sambo 70 party where, right at the end, as Alina is breaking away to take pictures with the little skaters, she picks up a little girl in a red outfit (holding a plush animal) and takes her across the ice for the pictures lifting her up.

I presume it is a daughter of some of the officials of Sambo 70. Or maybe just another of the very young skaters who couldn't take part in the party.

I think the same, she is daughter of some of the officials. It seems to me she maybe not see her for the first time. Anyway she is soo cute and realy realy admire our Alina. I bet she wanna be like her when she grow up. :luv17:

I'm really sad for Evgenia. I don't dare to watch the LP now. But Brian Orser has said all along that this will be an 18 month process.

I hope the presence of Rika in the GPF, and all that she is capable of doing, will bring out the very best in Alina. Like Europeans and Olympics last year when she went head to head against Evgenia.

I’m super sad about Zhenya. I can’t even speak about it. To me seeing a sad girl is always a tough day. I hope she channels the massive inner strength she possesses and moves on from this learning experience.

GP Final is going to be [emoji635] vs [emoji627] for the ladies. Everyone here deserves their place and fought hard for it. It’ll be the event for me.
