Alina Zagitova

Made some places towards the back, like white space between top chairs and lower ones (kind of like a balcony).

But I agree, very few places, it'll be a run for the little space there is I imagine.

There will two main events - The Skating competition and The Battle of The Banners! Let the Games Begin!

Someone please tell Team Zagitova to video the Battle of the Banners. It will be epic!

The biggest FS competition of the year, in such a small arena. It's a shame, I am sure that many more people wanted to attend this event. It's strange because even the test skates took place in a bigger arena.

On the other hand, I guess the pressure on the skaters will be lower, so that's a positive side of this smaller rink. May the best skater (*cough* Alina) win

Sports development program in the regions, they must compete in small cities,
Russia not only Moscow and St. Petersburg

So excited for the ''Rusianuts" lol

I am right now in a beach and a weather of over 30C. But I wished to be in the cold -120192C Russia!!!! Why? Only Miss Zagitova can make that feeling possible...:luv17:

P.S. My wife lived in Yakutsk for 5 years, than -45 this is a heat and children should go to school, start your car engine autumn and turn off in spring, only add fuel.
And the most important rule —do not to take your pants off on the open air.

Ladies Medal ceremony at GPFinal (filmed from the back of the ladies but pretty cool).

Alina is upgrading from collar problems, to hair band problems, to jacket removal problems into the brand new.....Russian flag problems (watch until near the end :laugh2:)

Yeah, and it's funny how the speaker "chased" the girls off the ice... Great video, thanks! I myself shot one like that at the European Championships in Budapest in 2014, when Yulia Lipnitskaya became the youngest European champion... :)

One possible benefit for Alina of Saransk, perhaps Sabina, mum and dad will be there to cheer her on. It is just 800 km down the road from Izhevsk, a mere stroll by Russian standards. :)

Is it a joke? -65? is a life possible under these conditions? Lol
I was born in a beach city in the northwest of Brazil where the lower temperatura is around 26C during winter.
Here we have one season: summer. Almost the same of caribbean. Light blue colour beach and the sun. I live now in Lisbon and during winters I come to Brazil. Lol I can't..I just cant! But meet Russia is a very old dream I have. What a wonderful place. I am just waiting my daughter grow up a little to be able to understand the rich russian culture and its czars!!

Now..About Alina, well Would be amazing her parents supporting her during nationals. And she really should go home with them after it ends to spend holidays together with her beloved ones. She needs to rest and celebrate with her family all the amazing achievements of 2018...What a year!

Well, that is probably a good rule to follow no matter what the climate is. ;)

whole post.

Your volunteer experience sounds amazing! I wish I had thought to do this when I was younger and had more free time, though I don't know that I would have been selected as a volunteer. Now that I am working and with family, I guess I will have to wait 20-30 years until I retire or switch to part-time to be able to take a month off and volunteer for the games. It sounds totally worth it though. Thanks for sharing! :)
